- We provide only Licensed CNA's or Certified Caregivers. Our caregivers are independently trained and have 1 or more years experience before they come in your home!
- Transparent care model. We inform you on Caregiver pay. We openly disclosed our flat fees up front. Our care management system allows you to view your loved ones care from anywhere you have internet access.
- Caregivers receive over 70% of the fees you pay! They are compensated 20% higher on average than other agencies while your fees are 25% to 40% lower. Always ask what your caregiver is paid versus what you are charged. The majority of your money should go to great caregivers and not agency owners!
- Most thorough screening process. Caregivers are nationally background checked, in-depth interviewed by a Human Resources professional with 4 comprehensive reference checks done on each caregiver, bonded and insured, covered by Workers Compensation.
